Travessia Urban Winery

Travessia is an urban winery located in Downtown New Bedford that uses mainly Massachusetts grapes. Marco chose the name ‘travessia’ which, in his native language Portuguese, translates as: A trip across a great distance of sea or land. A passage… “the journey of life.”. Marco has the same hard working yet down-to-earth attitude that so typifies the Portuguese community.
